Buying a house in todays market is so diffcult that even one has to think several times before going to any Property dealer . I Tried to studied the market for around 6 months and because of the same reson i shifted the location where i intent to purchase house . I met at least 15-20 property dealers but every time i was not getting satisfied by the approach, as well as the behaviour of the property dealer . I was lucky enough that one day my brother in-law introduced me to this energetic,Young Dynamic & down to earth gentle man . I CANN’T BELIEVE THAT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR WE FINALISED THE DEAL . The secound biggest issue was then time constraint because we people in private sector could not manage so much of time in loan process , this is another plus point with this gentle man that one needs to provide the documents only to him rest he is taking care of evey thing . I wish like to thank him for every thing which he did for me starting from the negiciation till the final deal . Really i would prefer to introduce all my friends to this gentleman called SHYAM CHADHA . i believe that the mantra of theis gentle man is ” Deream is not the thing which one sees in Sleep ,but it is the thing which never helps you to sleep ” Hope he will full fill all the dreams of all those families who intent to have their own Dream House .
